I’d say it’s a cross between matte and satin, which by the way, works beautifully with my combination skin (it helps to minimize those T-zone oilies). And the finish looks just like skin, only perfected. It’s not at all cakey or heavy feeling, but instead feels super lightweight and almost barely-there. Once dry, the formula sets to surprisingly natural-looking coverage. With the help of added silica, the formula is blends out effortlessly using the fingers, a brush, or a makeup sponge.
